Media Training

A media relations program is only as strong as the spokespeople who support it and deliver the messages. We train corporate spokespeople to succeed; to recognize and capitalize on potential media relations opportunities as they arise; become conduits for information regarding potential media inquiries; and, if a need arises, to implement a crisis communications plan-of-action.

To guide consistent, successful practices, WHA creates a customized media training manual for each client. The manual serves as a “How To” guide for dealing with the media that clients refer to as an important long term tool, and as a syllabus for an executive media training series.
