PERFORMAX
THE GOAL
PERFORMAX designs, manages and administers health and benefit programs
for employers. PERFORMAX needed to enhance their visibility within the
industry and local community.
THE APPROACH
- Capitalizing on the headquarter's office relocation, the event was
used to reintroduce the company to the Baltimore community. The grand
opening was complete with local dignitaries including Mayor Martin O'Malley to heighten
media interest.
- Participation in trade shows which provided a rare opportunity for PERFORMAX to display their
products and services in the marketplace.
- Develop relationships with both local and industry media to further
communicate the company’s messages.
THE RESULTS
- The grand opening event created visibility with the media and with
local influencers and generated “the buzz” around Baltimore.
- Attendance at SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) provided a forum for the CEO to meet one-on-one with editors of industry publications
and sales leads were captured.
- Through individual meetings arranged between media and the CEO, as well as
contributed articles crafted for both general business and industry
audiences, PERFORMAX has continued to raise awareness for their products
and services while enhancing their reputation as a thought leader in
the industry.
