Assistant to Account Executives
Responsibilities include assisting nine account executives with the research and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns for a variety of clients via brainstorming sessions and proposal process; create written press materials; execute media relations programs and help coordinate special events.
Upon completion of the internship at WHA, each student leaves with more than 10 pieces for their respective professional portfolio. While we strive to have the student complete one project from start to finish, timing may play a factor. Therefore, the student is guaranteed a combination of press releases, media alerts, public service announcements, media drop taglines and newsletter articles from a number of different clients and/or projects.
